I8150 Stuck at Ramdump Mode

When i on my phone after samsung logo, it become RAMDUMP MODE.

The display was showing this :

RAMDUMP MODE
Cause : MSM ERR

/buildagent/workspace/I8150-GINGER/REL-ETC/SOURCE/MODEM/products/7x30/core/boot/secboot2/osbl/shared/src/osbl_loaser.c

(osbl) error line : 314

Remark: This is not RAMDUMP MODE that with the FORCE UPLOAD. I didn't press to that Ramdump Mode.

Plus, I have tried to flash this I8150 with Odin. It stuck me at

big partition size!
big partition size!
big partition size!
big partition size!

Even I have change my ops file. It doesn't solve the problem.

Now I bought a Z3x to solve this problem. But, I saw the samsung tools 3g has no option to repair my boot (or I missed it, I am not sure). is that any option to repair my I8150 boot?

Thanks to all of you.

Thanks ***, finally have a reply from you.

Only Jtag can write the Ram Dump ist? No other option? Because I can't get Jtag in my country. I am from Malaysia.

Anyway please do let me know if there is another option.

And, thanks for you suggestion.

What do you mean easy J-tag? Does it mean I don't need to buy a box and just download software from server and I can easily flash my handphone?
