I AM TRYING TO UNLOCK S3 MINI I8190 VER 4.1.2
ROOTING IS DONE BUT STILL UNABLE TO UNLOCK

check your UART cable bro ..
i had that problem before and tried over 7 UART cables with same problem ..
No answer from phone ..
the problem was in the cables .. it's not compatible with Z3X ..
so, i bought Z3X cable and problem solved ..
