Hi, hi try read user code with usb cable diagnostic port setting ok, but no read code , this is the log :

how to remove user code without Sim Card?

make underbattery cable - and read, reset phone code.
or reflash phone via usb. or make full format.

Thanks for reply bro, hi try with battery/uart z3x supplied and micro usb, setting diagnostic port in the phone but same problem, restart the phone continuously.
Read info phone done only micro usb related, no read code no reset code .

First answ, the battery/box z3x its necessary to use ? o use only micro usb for this function ?
Setting phone *#7872# usb mode is correct ?
