i897 download mode problem

i try to unlock samsung i897, after modem path write then phone ***** & hearing not working,
then i flash it with z3x box this file I897UCJF6.zip, problem not solv.
i try to again flash it but when flash start then show file analysis and phone show pc & mobile connect mode,
can not enter download mode, i try 3 usb jig for download mode but natthing happen................

soution need help please..............................

Hi,
Here is simple manual to repair bricked Samsung Captivate i897 with RIFF Box:

1. Connect Your phone PCB to RIFF Box using this pinout :




2. Read the full flash backup, using these settings :



3. Save the file after reading is finished
4. Download boot files from here and unpack it.
5. Open "boot_ok_ i897.bin" and write it using these settings :



6. Open "sbl_i897.bin" and write it using these settings :



7. Now assemble phone, press both volume buttons, insert battery and connect USB cable to phone and PC

8. You have download mode enabled, and You can flash phone using Odin and firmware file.
