I9000 IMEI repair problem: samsung usb modem not found - GSM-Forum

Just to be clear i had the phone it was working gsm signal voice. i accidentally dropped the sim/micro sd card module a few times (i bought it with the display damaged so i had to change it) and then the phone lost the imei and the baseband :| what can i do ?

i tried all the samsung tools 11.9-12.5
froyo gb...even custom rom..
The repair efs function works but asks for samsung usb modem second time and its not found

Please help me tnx!

use 2.3.5 firmware then repair imei z3x

i tried different versions...non of them worked

help me please!! it had call logs it had messages i even got a message from Vodafone saying that i should customize my phone

and then bam! nothing!!

same problem with me with samsung n7000 galaxy note imei repairing..........

i used old new all ver....... but not solve n mr... sleep now ?????????????

this might be a bit too obvious, but do you have samsung kies installed, it seems like a driver issue

trust me i have 10.5 and then from 11.8 to 12.5 all of them...none of them work...and ofc i installed kies and drivers ...still nothing

i went to a guy who had the jtag and he said it gave him an error but didnt say which....help!!

Use root method instead of patch method see if this works

also enable usb debugging

bro Z3X samsung tool reinstall to 12.2 and ur version must be 2.3.5 and unrooted just dont root ur phone connet ur phone to pc click repair and write ur own imei press ok z3x will root ur phone it self and will write imei without any error.........................
