please i want to repair the imei but without success
i tested with the last version ...efs checked uncheked..

i9000 2.3.6 rooted
can someone help me please

use Samsung tool 12.7 it will work for you.

If in case doesn't work then downgrade it to 2.3.3 or 2.3.4 then 100% you can change imei. Then you can upgrade to any version.

downgraded to 2.3.3 and same result

problem with usb modem

1. First turn on phone and write *#7284#
2. Select MODEM next write *#9090# and select USB DIAG
If *#9090# code not work - then :
- *#1575#
- Menu ---> Back --->[4] DIAG CONFIG --->[1] USB
- NO NEED UART CABLE
3. Conect phone to cable usb in z3x select diagnostic port comport and speed usb
4. Reboot phone Select UNLOCK/IMEI and press Factory Mode

but with *#9090# and *#1575# code not work i have a message on phone Right-hardkey : back. please use the menukey.
when i type back nothing just blackscreen.
i tested also *#197328640#

what link you need?
if you want repair imei use z3x-box. last version of samsung tool.

I have a S5570 with imei corrupt, when I type * # 1234 #
appears
PDA: 5570XWKTN
PHONE: Unknown
CSC: S5570OXXKTB

when I type * # 7284 # shows
right-hardkey back please use the menu key

I have setool and z3x,
as I can make it work?
