i9001 Security Not Found - GSM-Forum

I'm having problem today with this phone.
Tried with both com port and usb port but i'm getting security not found error at the end.
How to successfully unlock this phone, because I spent whole day today trying to unlock it without any success.
I also got the latest update today tool v18.0 but no success.
Z3x team?

man, select z3x port and connect to micro UART

press unlock, wait 10 seconds

phone is unlocked

Can't you see from the log I used both UART and USB in two tries it takes a long time reading security and at the end it gives me error security not found.

Anyone knows what is wrong with this model. I unlocked before this model without problems.

try full flash the phone including modem and try again

downgarde to 2.3.6 then unlock ..!!!
if already on 2.3.6 then flash with other region firmware will be ok
