If you will use search function it will help you to understand that is an Hardware problem with I9003. It is an memmory fault and no way to resolve it with software. Only mainboard replace and somebody say if you rehot the IC memory it will work, if I understand it corectly. I dont know how is done

Thanks, I search a lot. I even saw the post about taking the memory chip out and using sd card as primary memory

I got it working using riff, so I am not noob

I will research again a little bit because it looks like flashing problem, I got some problem with riff and did it the hard way. Maybe that is the origin of all this mess. Maybe I should redo riff procedure.

So you make the phone work or not? Becouse you sad you make it working with Riff, but you have a problem with flashing.
I read that even with Riff, other users didnt succeed to make the phone working.
I'm waiting now for three weeks for my Riff box. So I know verry little about Riff power

It was completely dead after user tried to flash it.
I revived using riff, got download mode and flashed with 2.3.4 firmware.
But I always git that boring message about no directory and wipe data failed.
Tried with some other flashes and in the end posted here so that I can get some other perspective and suggestion to do that i might have forgot to do.
