check if you have phone part is in the phone by entering *#1234#

Hi thanks for a reply...the phone does not accept this code well nothing happened when entered...Strange that z3x supports imei repair on phone that does not have usb modem connectivity as others like i9000 for example...if we could atleast enter the service mode like on other samsung phones to change to usb modem *#9090# well any more ideas greately appreciated....
