i root my phone by this process and unlock root with z3x successful but when i try to repair imei number of my phone its say error this

After checking NV DATA -> Ok the phone gets a black screen and he is blocked. Only pulling out the batery recovers it.
Or the phone has an hardware failure or the firmware is wrong. I understant it exists an pathced version firmware for repairing IMEI, but I didn't know witch is it.
