I have samsung I9100 galaxy SII Phone Lock problem but i update 2.3.3/2.3.5/4.0.3 but problem not solved .

just do hard reset .................

bro
pres vol+ and home +power key

then u will see recovery menu after u can select factory reset then if ask same like this pass cod just enter wrong cod then mobile will format automatic

remember all ur user data will be lose

Try to enter wrong password 5 times in a row, it should reset itself.
