but imei NULL/NULL

how can i fix this ?

IMEI NULL can only be repaired with JTAG in my experience.

do you have the correct box for that?

toze pls try with lower version of samsung tool

lot ppl reported fixing their s2 with ver 16.8,16.0 or lower
