bro phone has been rooted already. with cfaotoroot and manual root with update zip file. any other root methods for i9190 ?

u must accept request from su on yr phone when asked

otherwise u will keep getting that msg in samsungTools

when searching for ADB device i do get a pop up and accept it.

First of all i see and also i am face this type of issue by rooting mobile with cf autoroot

Solution:
1:cf auto root work well with 4.2..2 and .4.3 but not with 4.4.2.
2:after rooting with cf auto root only solution to get back normal by flashing firmware.
3:after flash root with Towelroot search on google and install it it,s apk file.
4:after root install super su via playstore.
5: do whatever you want after that with z3x
