i9190 knox cannot root - GSM-Forum

i have got i9190 i want to repair its imei. but its not allowed me to do becasue it said phone is not rooted. i tried with all methods to root it but failed. please can some one tell me confirm ways to do it please.

Android version: 4.2.2
Product code: Not Active
Phone version: I9190XXUBNA1
PDA version: I9190XXUBNA1
CSC version: I9190QERBNA2

in my computer it show me that is rotted. but when i conect it to pc and try to do it says security not authorized.

u should uninstall knox then reply, serch at google uninstall knox

install supersu via CH play and disable knox via supersu

i dwnload supersu and it say knox disbled but software still says false.

same here

phone is from TIGO

Cannot flash other rom also

Phone has Super SU but softwarwe still says FALSE
