ive search and tried all the suggestions but still cant get this phone to unlock or repair imei please help

it has root in phone when its in recovery it picks up root can u reccomend a root file that works please

run super su from phone menu and see result.

use google or forum search for root methods.

there is two versions to root this phone v1 and v2

because of knox use v2 to disable it but this wont actually root your phone

then go back to recovery and flash v1 this will apply root

reboot and use z3x for repair and all good
