manualy root first then unlock with latest version of z3x.

The procedure is as:
1_ Copy the " S4Mini_RootKit_v1.zip" to your device SD card.
2_ Turn off the phone.
3_ Press and hold home, volume down and power. Download screen should appear.
4_ Connect USB cable, and press volume up.
5_ Start Odin, uncheck "F. Reset Time", and then click AP button.
6_ Select "recovery-clockwork-6.0.3.7-serranoltexx.tar.md5" file that you previously extracted, and press Start button. The phone will reboot when finished.
7_ After the phone resets (it vibrates) IMMEDIATELY hold volume up and home buttons to boot into recovery mode.
8_ Select the option to install the ZIP file you have previously copied to your device and begin flashing it.
9_ After flashing using CWM, reboot into system and enjoy your rooted device.

To get rid of the the warnings about applications doing not permitted actions, delete the following files from system/app
KNOXAgent.apk
KNOXStore.apk
ContainerAgent.apk

already do this but cant install fsexplorer.apk so i can latter delete knox

tried vroot , manual root , flash new rom + root.....inshort tried everything .... no super user access at all

but fail at bypass msl

unlocked with Samsung Tool 16.4 or any older version, then repair imei and all Done, not lost 2g or 3g network.

I can confirm what's Bourri GSM said...

NEW 17.6 Samsung Tool is bugged ( as always for new versions )...

Bypass MSL failed ALL THE TIMES with a i9195...

IMEI repaired in 5 seconds with OLD 6.4 version that i kept...

CUSTOMERS ARE NOT BETATESTERS...
