I9195l no 3g after repair imei

i rceived samsung i9195l in this condition: no service and imei corupted
- root the phone with recovery-clockwork-6.0.3.7-serranoltexx and S4Mini_RootKit_v1.zip
- put the original imei with Samsung Tool v.18.3, finish done
- check the imei this is right , but the phone not found signal , i make manual searching and found signal but only in 2g
- flash with stock firmware from sammobile but the result is poor, take too may time for search signal
how i can fix this problem? thanks alot
