I9250 IMEI Repair (Need Help)

Hello! I have a Samsung Galaxy Nexus - GT-I9250 with a null IMEI: 004999010640000

I'm trying to use my z3x-box to repair it to the IMEI printed on it's label. I have tried both USB modem and COM port methods, but none work.

This is the output for COM port:

Selected model: I9250
Selected port: COM1 USB Serial Port
Selected port speed: 115200
Reading phone info...
Model: Galaxy Nexus
Android version: 4.4.2
Product code: Not Active
Phone version: I9250XXLJ1
PDA version: Unknown
CSC version: Unknown
IMEI: 004999010640000
Phone S/N: 00000000000
Checking Super user right... true
Reading data from phone... OK
Writing data to phone... OK
Rebooting phone... OK
Checking phone at COM1
No answer from phone
Done with Samsung Tool v.16.7

This is the output when I reboot phone indo fastboot while connected and searching for phone in COM port, using 3300k cable:

Selected model: I9250

Rebooting phone... OK
Checking phone at COM1 OK
Reading phone info...
IMEI:
Product code: * FB base addr = 0xbea70000!
Bypass MSL... error
Done with Samsung Tool v.16.7

And this is the output for USB modem:

Selected model: I9250
Selected port: COM1 USB Serial Port
Selected port speed: 115200
Reading phone info...
Model: Galaxy Nexus
Android version: 4.4.2
Product code: Not Active
Phone version: I9250XXLJ1
PDA version: Unknown
CSC version: Unknown
IMEI: 004999010640000
Phone S/N: 00000000000
Checking Super user right... true
Reading data from phone... OK
Writing data to phone... OK
Rebooting phone... OK
Searching Samsung modem... not found
Done with Samsung Tool v.16.7

Please have in mind that I have installed all the drivers, adb, bootloader, download... Also, while box is searching for phone, I have tried to reboot it, put in download and bootloader modes, as well as rebooting into android itself. None of which gave me any results.

Anybody there could give me the key to make it work?

Thank you!
