Maybe you can try to check logs in forum to see what kind of firmware has been succesfully unlocked and flash your set with this one, then repeat procedure.

Change to other FW...

As for me I dont count only Z3X plenty of Tools out there then plenty of choice...

i too have 3pcs with 4.0.1 and its the same problem just hangs at unlocking! nothing happens! abd iam using 14.3 tool version!
