a simple usb cable
1- root the phone
2- unlock it with z3x (last version 12.3)

how u do to detect the phone from the box?? cause its on mtp protocol not modem i cant see it on box..

Turn on "USB Debugging" on your device.
On the device, go to Settings > Applications > Development and enable USB debugging (on an Android 4.0 device, the setting is located in Settings > Developer options).
