I9300 After update to 4.1.2 Emergency Call

I updated to 4.1.2 from Ics . and now phone is only emergency call. I used this file..

Phone shows all operators when I search manually networks.
HOw to repair it.

before update it was ok ur phone?if yes pls check ur imei.make sure that ur imei is not starting with 0049.....

just repair sn problem solved tested by me....................

I repaired serial number it was damaged.. Now phone is ok...
