I9300 blinking on samsung logo - GSM-Forum

Hi all,
phone was working well on Android 4.1.2 I wanted to upgrade it , but after successful flash phone was blinking on samsung logo , now neither can downgrade nor can flash the 4.3 firmware
here is the Odin log:

please help me what to do, tried with pit but still same ( cant be flashed)

try to use with multi package file or repaire flash file

tried 4 files but firmware downloading fails at the beginning

fuse z3x or ordin and choose this file as pda http://www.filedropper.com/i9300imeibasebandrepair after flash do hard reset and post results....if not done google search and download this firmware ''I9300BVBLH2_AMNBLH2_Spain_Orange_Android_4.0.4''
