modem of phone NOT WORK , so IMEI on your phone NOT EXIST NOW (null), and now problem not related with imei.
Problem - MODEM NOT WORK. (HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE PROBLEM)

1st you can try run modem. for this you need flash modem firmware or repair EFS if modem firmware already flashed.
If this not will help - then problem in hardware. Fix hardware then.
