I9300 imei null - failed to mount /efs

With Samsung tool v16.2 cant repair imei and serial,

the log:

looks like bad emmc , try write efs from working phone.

I check emmc with this tool, and say working well:

I install busybox and make efs backup with this tool in other i9300 and write:

After upgrade and downgrade firmware, no errors in recovery in efs,

After latest flashing, make repair with z3x (serial and imei), working now.

Can you make "write generic efs flash function" or "repair baseband" for repair this problem in Samsung tool?
