I've unlocked 3 i9300 but 4th didn't. Only using sgtool I unlocked it.

repair your imei and product code with nspro and the phone will have signal again, worked for me after unlock

first open the program then hit the info button, but you will see only the port no and model no, that is all for info.
Hit read codes after this but be sure you still have the right imei and serial no on your phone.
Mine worked fine after repairing the imei and serial no with ns pro

YES, YOURS WAS OK because maybe you have 4.0.3 on your phone but with 4.0.4 there are a lot of problems. it's easy to repair imei and sn if you have nspro, done in 1 min.

open the program, select z3x port, insert the cable in the phone and hit info, it will show you the port in log.
