I9300 - Unlock problem, Repairing IMEI & Serial problem

HI!

This is how story goes.....

I have S3 I9300....it had android 4.3, I rooted it and tried to unlock with Z3X, Samsung 3G Tool 16.1, unlock went OK but phone was still locked and IMEI & S/N was OK!

After that I flashed phone to Android 4.1.2 with Odin and official software, and after downgrade IMEI got corrupted but S/N was still OK....after that I rooted phone and tried to repair IMEI with Z3X and IMEI is repaired but now S/N is 00000000000!

I and then I tried to repair S/N, it wrotes that S/N is repaired but S/N is still 00000000000

I have other S3 with android 4.0.4 on which I also need to repair IMEI and S/N and I tried several ways and I can repair IMEI but S/N always stays the 00000000000.....

So what is correct procedure to repair IMEI and S/N!?!
Which software must be in phone?!?!?
Do I need to write new NVM or some other flash!!?

use New Update 17.1 its repair S/N also Before Z3x have That problem
