i9305 4.1.2 always error unlocking ... HELP

Cant unlock i9305, tried with version 17.2 and 16.8 still cant unlock

no need root

try this

Type *#7284# and choose Modem for UART and PDA for USB options.
Press "Quallcomm USB settings" and select "DM+MODEM+ADB".
Select correct COM port in Port settings, connect phone to UART cable.

Yes i have done all this and still not working, tried both USB and UART, UART option as you suggested gave following error

... Error Access Denied
