The customer brought it this way. I have flashed it with this file (GT-i9500 fix_imei_null.md5) and tried repairing still no luck.

hello
as you see in log the modem is damaged(baseband unknown)(phone version)
you must reflash the phone with other firmware until baseband is come back you can repair imei.

i think 1000posted !
50% of i9500 have new revision of mcu.
no way repair imei there - only cert read/write possible!!!!
