i9500 certi fail with its orginal imei how to restore imei

i9500 everything was ok but someone change its imei and the phone lost its cert and efs i tried all versions and repair imei with its basic imei and when i try *#0011# still certi fail
my friend the phone belongs to turkey country and its imei is registered on network i cannot use super imei becuse it is not registered
friends how can i restore its orginal imei without problem and with certi pass:confu sed:

1: Download The Cert File of i9500 from Given Link
2: Open Z3x And Backup the Orignal Cert File.
3: Wipe Efs of Mobile phone.
4: Write Cert Given Below Link and Reboot Your Mobile

use given above file to write cert on your mobile.
First read orignal cert and then wipe efs and write my cert.Then reply me

Hi, I manage to restore the original IMEI for SM-T705 (Exynos) but am still not getting the network, i gather due the Imei certi failed, how do i proceed from here, my tablwt is paralysed for 3weeks.. anyone can help?
