s4 i9500 restart when i try flash it on z3x

Selected model: I9500
Selected port: COM23 Z3X BOX Serial Port
Selected port speed: 115200

if you Flash the phone with firmware version 4.3
you need to make hard reset

or
Flash phone with firmware version 4.4.2

If you have spt box
Try flash with spt.......
