i9500 imei null no solution


i have tried write efs with success but imei remains null
writing cert or imei i get error

REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS:
Phone must be rooted!
If the software can't root the phone automatically,
then you must root your device manually.
1. Power on the phone.
2. Enable 'USB debugging' in 'Settings'-'Developer options' for Android 4.0 - 4.1.2 or
tap 7 times on 'Build number' in 'Settings'-'About phone' to enable 'Developer options' in Android 4.2+.
3. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
4. Fill values what you need to repair.
5. Press 'Repair' button.
6. Press 'Reset EFS' if you need to reset it.
Be carefully, do not perform this without necessity and make backup before.
7. Press 'Disable Factory Mode' or 'Patch Certificate' if needed.

First of all Download this stock firmware I9500UBUGNJ1 and flash with Odin.

After that, I like to hard reset just to be sure. Null must gone now.

Then wipe EFS and restart device for imei repair. Good luck

i just flash phone with the firmware you suggest but still on imei null after hard reset the same imei null

There is another firmware for Nulls but I don't have it. Another sugestión, test disconnecting simcard reader and charging flex cable
