reoair imei it not supported to this model by z3x, but maybe it was caused by downgrade the modem or something like that.
Please try to flash this modem.

Nothing happen bro I flash that MODEM to the phone but still remain IMEI NULL/NULL, what else can I try? please someone...

You can try also to flash the latest firmware.
what firmware do you have now?
enter *#1234# and post the result here.

Excuse me mr, I'm very rookie in the android market, but where I get the original flash file? I download many from the Z3X page support, are these the original?

Some friend tell me on chat that he have the very same problem and he find a file called i9500 fix imei.tar or something like that but only 15MB of size and that work for him, of course he doesn't wanna copy the file, and I search and found with very similar name but 1.65 GB size, does anybody have this 15MB file over there? please...

Maybe that's the problem cause when the download was end the file was not .zip just like any other file that's why i change it to .tar, you think the download had some problem and the file was corrupt?

It's not corrupt, it zip file.
Just extarct the file with winrar/7zip and get the tar file.
