i9500 not unlock with z3x - GSM-Forum

i tried to unlock this i9500 with z3x ,
it says UNLOCK DONE but actually it is not unlock ,
it asks for network unlock code again ..

is there any solution to unlock this phone ?

when i try for online server unlock codes , they ask for the country but that i donno .... how can i know that ?

and how do i know if it is region lock ?

this is new security phone and you can do unlock via last version of samsung tool 16.2
