1st flash root file with odin 3.07
then write unlock file by odin
select this file in phone section
then unlocked
remove .md5 from last of files

flash via odian 3.07 thish 2 file modem opson if file say envalid just rename win rar folder only remove md5

yes downgrade first then unlock after upgrade to 4.3 again ,to back the normal operation of phone , itest 100 %
