i9505 change imei failed with 16.9

I have followed both instructions:

1. Phone must be powered on.
if you are using micro-uart cable:
2. Type *#7284# and choose Modem for UART options.
3. Type *#9090# and choose DM over UART.
4. Select correct COM port in Port settings, connect phone to UART cable.
if you are using micro-USB cable:
2. Type *#7284# and choose PDA for UART options.
3. Type *#9090# and choose DM\DUM over HS-USB.
4. Select Diagnostic port in Port settings, connect phone to USB cable.

The phone is on new bootloader, i have downgraded to UBMEA (4.2.2), the software say me:

Selected model: I9505
Selected port: COM113 Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 9004
Selected port speed: 115200
Checking phone at COM113
Repairing IMEI... OK
Reseting... OK
Repair done
Done with Samsung Tool v.16.9

But phone imei remain same...

Any idea to solve it?

I have tried to set CP on *#0808#, to use uart and usb method, but both have failed...

I have solved selecting dm over uart, modem in uart section (*#7284#) and ad+modem+adb in *#0808#...

Obviously using uart cable...
