i9505 IMEI null/null Repair not work bypass MSL...error

I have an i9505 IMEI null/null error, tried repairing with Z3X but not working, keeps giving bypass MSL...error;

Can't access *#7284# or *#9090# settings, dont know if different settings could help

I HAVE posted many times.

you cant repair imei, if IMEI NOT EXIST INSIDE PHONE.

modem of phone not work - result: imei null null.
1st try flash EFS *.tar format, flash modem firmware.
if no success - problem with hardware

How can i flash EFS as no option in Z3X?

simple
do you have efs.tar file
open z3x
select model
select the tar file to pda then flash it
make sure phone must be downlaod mode

Thanks mate, but i don't have the tar file, phone came to me with cracked screen and when i put on new screen IMEI null/null, so i am trying to fix, anyone have an EFS file for i9505 please?

Flashed with this EFS.tar file with both Odin and Z3X and no success, still showing null/null... must be hardware fault

Flashed phone with same firmware but still same issue, so hardware fault.

1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Type *#7284# and choose Modem for UART.
3. Type *#9090# and choose DM over UART.
4. Connect the phone to UART port.
5. Choose correct COM port in port settings
6. Press "Unlock" button.
micro-USB cable:
1. Phone must be powered on.
2. Type *#7284# and choose PDA for UART options.
3. Type *#9090# and choose DM\DUM over HS-USB.
4. Reboot phone.
5. Connect USB cable, install drivers.
6. Select diagnostic port in port settings.
7. Press "Unlock" button

Oops now it is off completely after rehot emmc chip any ideas !!
