I have a s4 on the display I get the message " Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in kies & try again, " I tried to restore with keis and nothing, instead odin does not accept firmware always faild, help me

problem with the connection between the phone and pc ,try...
-be sure that kies is disabled from task manager
-try with another usb cable
-choose another usb port
-try other version of odin example ,3.04

all tests done! I have talked about a firmaware into 4 parts with pit, but do not know where to find it

install kies on another pc
uninstall kies and make new istallation ..

use original Samsung usb cable

download mode > micro usb on pc > phone > start z3x, put tar rom in pda > flash
