i9505 takes the signal after 1 minute - GSM-Forum

hi, I have an i9505 4.2.2 which I changed imei, but when I start part with no service and takes 1 minute to pick up the signal and does so every time I change the card, why?
If I do a reset efs trouble or solve anything?

go hwk support and down lode qnc writ no change imei jest repering u r network ...... with qnc file
