i9505 unlock ok but can not unlock - GSM-Forum

try many time but can not sucess. all time software show phone unlock but when i insert sim phone ask net lock code

solution need........................

i try usb and uart cable. try both read code and direct unlock all system but problem same

Try This:

How to:
- Cable UART C3300K
- Select com port box in ST software
- Press *#7284# and select "Modem"
(Only show one option interface "UART")
*default setting: "PDA"
- Press *#9090# and select "4 - DM over UART"
*default setting: "DM/DUN over HS-USB"
- Press "Unlock"

When i select *#7284# and select "Modem" its working
But when press *#9090# and select "4 DM over UART "
Phone restart but can not change to DM over UART,
Automaticly Select default setting: "DM/DUN over HS-USB
Whats problem...........

did you try mannul unlock?

Yes try code read but when i put unlock code phone unlocked
But if i restart phone then again ask unlock code
