GT-i9505 usb device not recodnized UNLOCK process [Answered/Solved] - GSM-Forum

Hi

From 2 weeks i am facing this problem with i9505 during unlock process.

before modifying any chnges to phone it work fine and install all drivers with no error but as mention in help for i9505 *#0808# then dm modem adb and after *#9090# dm/dun over hsic(for ref not exact what i wrote).

So after this whole process Pc not recognize phone any more and say USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZE.

Some time later i figure it out so i reset phone to orignal state and its installing driver flawless with no errors.

The is running on 5.0.1 so i think downgrade can be the solution,ROOTING AND down version of z3x can help but i want solution for current situation. why its not pick up drivers after performing these *#0808# and *#9090# steps because i cant unlock this phone without these modifications.

So please suggest us what to do in this situation so we all can figure it out.

did u tried to enable Cp logging in recovery menu??

and after unlock u must change phone settings back to adb mode for the phone to be detected by pc

Hi its not about detection its about unlock which i can only do by these options but when i apply these phones goes for device not recognized

Update firmware, after this root Phone with kingo root and in recovery more enable cp loggings

did u tried to click in software "activate diag" ??

unlock should work fine afterwards

If phone is not detected By Kies, Mobo Market and in Device Manager.
Phone has Hw problem.

Factory reset the phone, enable cp logging from recovery menu and only use *#0808# dm modem adb, forget about *#9090#.
