Why if it is Warranty Void: 1 (0x0500) it doesnt work? I'm having this issue right now with my SM-G390F. The phone is Warranty Void: 1 (0x0500) and I can't unlock it: LOG: Code: UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS: Unlocking with original MSL code: Warning! Knox warranty must be active (0x00)! If you have it voided (0x01(void)), then you can't unlock this phone with MSL. 1. Phone must be powered on. 2. Type *#0808# and select 'DM+ACM+ADB'. 3. Run dialer and type *#0*# (service mode will apear). 4. Connect the phone to USB cable, choose correct COM port in port settings. 5. Press 'Unlock' button. 6. Paste MSL code in new opened window and press 'OK'. Reading codes using sever: Warning! Knox warranty must be active (0x00)! If you have it voided (0x01(void)), then you can't unlock this phone using sever. 1. Power on the phone. 2. Type *#0808# and select 'DM+MODEM+ADB'. 3. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed. 4. Press 'Read Codes via server' button, write your login and password in window if it will apear. (Login and password will be saved as default after first input and can be changed in settings) Operation: Read Codes via Server Selected model: SM-G390F Software version: 29.9 Checking Login and Password... OK Ballance: 30 crd. You have 30 credit(s) left. This opreratin takes 5 credits.Continue? Yes Searching Samsung modem... detected COM81 Reading phone info...
