Why if it is Warranty Void: 1 (0x0500) it doesnt work? I'm having this issue right now with my SM-G390F. The phone is Warranty Void: 1 (0x0500) and I can't unlock it: LOG: Code: UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS: Unlocking with original MSL code: Warning! Knox warranty must be active (0x00)! If you have it voided (0x01(void)), then you can't unlock this phone with MSL. 1. Phone must be powered on. 2. Type *#0808# and select 'DM+ACM+ADB'. 3. Run dialer and type *#0*# (service mode will apear). 4. Connect the phone to USB cable, choose correct COM port in port settings. 5. Press 'Unlock' button. 6. So If I request an unlock code by imei from a third party unlock service, that code should work fine? I have already asked a local unlock service, I have explainied them what happened and they told me the next: "Good morning, sorry but for those devices with alterations at knox level there is no solution currently" So I dont know what to do. Why phones that have it voided (0x01(void)), then you can't be unlocked using sever neither MSL unlock code? | |
