Try to disconnect all hardware that could generate a COM port, then try again.
Yesterday happened to me that had connected another phone same time was trying to flash another one, so seems that software don't know what COM belong what phone.

Next time be more specific regarding exact model and problem you dealing with, only that way we will can help you.
For example, some old phones like I9300/I9500 is totally normal have network problem if you don't know how to correctly repair it, and other times seems like if it be impossible to repair due to HW/Security revisions,so in this case better you should write cert.

Hello team, please tell me why download speed from samsung firmware support of z3x shell so slowly?Software updates downloads very fast but one middle file of firmware downloads halfday. P/S Samsung tool Pro activated & LG module activated.

I recently purchased a Z3X easy-jtag box for doing ISP.
I was reading about the Samsung Tool Pro 24.5, and may be interested in this.
Will this update work on z3X easy-jtag? Can I purchase this update directly and add it to my z3x easy-jtag box, or is it required to purchase the samsung activation plus the samsung pro activation?

Yes. You can activate samsung pro in your easy JTAG, find a reseller an buy only "Samsung tool" activation.
