IMEI, baseband Null Repair Error

hey, i got a Samsung Galaxy S2 with IMEI and Baseband NULL!
and i got a Z3X Pro (Easy Jtag box)

i flashed the device to following:
I9100XXLPQ_I9100OXALPQ_I9100XXLPQ_HOME
then i flashed:
CF-Root-SGS2_XX_XEO_LPQ-v5.3-CWM5

when i press Repair on the Z3X Samsung Tool and choose IMEI and SN then i get following error:

when i try using the GPG UART Clip via the Z3X Pro box i get the following message:

sometimes it finds the phone but then it tells me "Card Error"

The UART Clip is set to 301k and VCC on.
