J100Y imei repair??? Need help

Hello friends, I have this phone in hands, J100Y and it shows imei 0000, and when I tried to write a cert file on it Z3X give me this error:

I have the same problem phone in hand and i cant repair imei with z3x sec analyze error ....have u succeed to fix this problem?
