J327P stuck in cdma mode without apn

I did the old method of unlocking this phone with use of the combination and then using the z3x box ( choosing the j320p profile)

with this way the APN doesn't show and the gsm network is not able to be selected

I have since then down couple more phones with the new root method and those show the apns and gsm mode perfectly

but this original phone that was done with the only whenever I try the new root method its still doesn't give me the apn or gsm mode option

any solution to this problem

thanks

1. Flash and hard reset
2. Debugging usb and OEM Unlock
3. Configure the connection to the terminal network

Enter the cell to the "Settings" menu
Enter the "Mobile Networks" option and then to "Network Mode" and select LTE / GSM / UMTS
Then enter "Access Point Names" (from the English "Access Point Name" or APN). Here it is necessary to configure the access point according to the company with which the mobile will be used.
