J330FN NO Download Mode - GSM-Forum

I have a Samsung J330FN and cant have Download Mode to flash combination and revive him ! Hardware keys work on him when is on but phone no enter Download Mode , says ”Security policies not permitted”.....any solution to flash and revive....thank you in advance for your help !

With the handset switched off,try to hold home + down key and insert usb cable connected to your computer!!.It should work

...phone says ”SAMSUNG” and Power On with meniu restricted....a few options in Menu...not working !

I think the phone come from a company and have CUSTOM rom with custom aplication. On this phone..you CANNOT enter in download mode..becouse of policy restriction. Even if you are able to write fw on this device..you need to disable KNOX..becouse more function will not work..

S8+ G955F not going into download mode, only recovery mode is working,
phone had custom blocker inside, so flashed it with 'simple factory setting apk,
but now phone isn't going into download mode..
please help to find solution for this..??
