j500f can not activat diag port !! - GSM-Forum

hi to all
i got j500f with firmware J500FXXU1APE1_J500FOXX1APE1.. to unlock i make *#0808# ok but whin i tayping *#9090# i get not supported !!
i flash it with defrant firmware like J500FXXU1AOK2_J500FOJV1AOK2_KSA ,,,and J500FXXU1AOL1_J500FOJV1AOL1_KSA ,,,and J500FXXU1APB4_J500FOJV1APC2_MID all 5.1.1 but no new the same ,, even i trayed to activate DIAG by the program but same , what can i do to unlock this phone ????

today i recived another J500F to unlock but the same can not activate DIAG the new one firmware is J500FXWU1AOJ2_J500FOXX1AOJ1...
MR BLANG what can i do to unlock the tow phones ???

try with *#0808# and select mtp modem adb , then unlock it...

OK i solved by rooting whith CF-Auto-Root-e5lte-e5ltexx-sme500f ...ank make unlock with old v 23.4
