J7 Pro after update to Oreo touch doesn't work - GSM-Forum

J7 pro J730f after update to android 8.0.1 touch doesn't work. after downgraded to android 7 problem solved but after a few hours it updates it self to Oreo again and touch stops working again.

Any solution to fix this touch issue on android 8 or a way to stop automatic updates to stay on android 7 ?????

in developer options there is an option to turn off auto updates

also some sell touch fix solution

you need to flash touch fix via twrp

First if frp on and oem on you must turn it off

Then flash combination u6 rest frp after that flash factory version 7 u6 done

If customer come to to you with touch stop. Fix as i mentioned.. Then flash v 8

There is no u6 firmware the latest is U3.

Please can you explain more ?

If u have j730f u3 stopped touch after ota update

And u have frp. On oem on

Just flash combination u3 then reat frp and flash after that firmware u3 v 7.0

And if customer need v. 8.0.0 u can can flash it
