Downgrade sboot to older firmware with the same RP. Then Wipe cache partition.
Do reset operation again.

Your phone will not die if you flash sboot (Bootloader) with the same RP(ROLLBACK PROTECTION) as the current firmware already in the phone.
So: 1.Detect the phone android version from recovery mode (Ex:J700HXXU1APA3).
2.Download full firmware or just Bootloader with the same RP and older date release (Ex:J700HXXU1AOI6).
3.Flash via Odin in download mode.

Rollback Protection is bit in the firmware , that prevent flashing firmware with lower RP bit than the one currently on the phone (prevent Downgrade).
You can only flash firmware with the same RP bit as currently phone firmware or higher.

Example:

N910TUVU2DOK2
N910TUVU1COG2
N910TUVU1COD6

You Can flash OG2 Firmware to phone which currently have OG2 or OD6 not OK2.
You Can flash OD6 Firmware to phone which currently have OG2 or OD6 not OK2.
You Can flash OK2 Firmware to phone which currently have OK2 or OG2 or OD6.
